Product Advantages

Reliable Design

The bottom of the adsorption tower features supporting balls to ensure uniform air flow distribution, preventing the adsorbent at the bottom from soaking in water and extending its lifespan. Additionally, the custom stainless copper shunt minimizes pressure loss, while the high-performance adsorbent secures excellent dew points. Commercially available pneumatic valves guarantee reliability far exceeding membrane or solenoid valves.

Various Control Options

Equipped with a standard range of microcomputer controllers. Optional integration with top-tier brands like Siemens and ABB PLCs, featuring responsive touch screens. Supports diverse communication requirements including Profibus, Modbus, and Ethernet connections to seamlessly fit into your current network infrastructure.

Energy Saving

The optional HDC dew point energy-saving control system dynamically adjusts operations according to load. By extending the adsorption cycle times, it significantly reduces comprehensive energy usage to below 75% under fluctuating load working conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How does the supporting ball design extend adsorbent lifespan?
The supporting balls at the bottom of the adsorption tower distribute the air flow more evenly. This specific structure prevents the adsorbent from directly soaking in accumulated water, significantly reducing deterioration and prolonging overall service life.
What control communications are supported by the PLC upgrades?
With our optional PLC configurations from reputable brands like Siemens or ABB, users can connect systems via Profibus, Modbus, or directly using standard Ethernet connections.
What makes the HDC dew point control system energy efficient?
The optional HDC dew point control system actively monitors moisture load. When the system operates under partial load, it extends the adsorption phase time, keeping energy consumption below 75% compared to non-regulated models.
Why are pneumatic valves preferred over membrane/solenoid options?
Pneumatic valves are standard across our product line because they offer superior durability, much tighter sealing performance, and a significantly lower pressure loss profile than standard membrane or solenoid alternatives.
What are the power and voltage requirements for these models?
All listed models run on a standard voltage profile of 220-230V at 50-60HZ, utilizing an energy-efficient power rating of 0.2 kW.
